RETURN POLICY

• In order to accommodate our holiday shoppers, we will be extending our return period. All orders placed between November 22nd – December 25th will have up until January 15th to be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

• For US returns and exchanges, please visit returns.motherdenim.com. Note that return labels are not provided for orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii.

• For international returns, please visit our international returns portal. If you have any questions please reach out to our customer care team at customerservice@motherdenim.com.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original bag with all labels and tags attached. Not placing merchandise back into original bag will delay processing of your return. Upon receipt of returned goods, MotherDenim.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

• Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

• All items marked 50% off and 70% off are FINAL SALE.

• All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

• We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. MotherDenim.com will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.

• If you are shipping from Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii, OR if you choose not to use the free pre-paid shipping return label, you must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

EXCHANGES

PLACING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

We are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order has been placed. We offer free and easy returns for anything that may not work. Or, email customerservice@motherdenim.com to see if it's still possible to cancel your entire order.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.

MotherDenim.com is unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES:

We offer expedited DHL Express shipping (2 to 6 business day transit) on all orders. Please note that order processing may take up to 3 business days after the order is placed. You can check the status of your order here.

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.

Canada

All shipments to Canada are delivered duty paid; prices are inclusive of duties and there will not be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to Canada at a flat rate of CA$14. Orders over CA$250 will receive free shipping.

UK

All shipments to the UK are delivered duty paid – prices are inclusive of duties and taxes so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to the UK at a flat rate of £8. Orders over £150 will receive free shipping.

Australia

All shipments to Australia are delivered duty paid – prices are inclusive of taxes so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to Australia at a flat rate of AU$15. Orders over AU$260 will receive free shipping.

Eurozone

All shipments to France, Germany, Italy and other Eurozone countries are delivered duty paid – prices are inclusive of duties and taxes so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to the Eurozone at a flat rate of €10. Orders over €175 will receive free shipping.

Denmark

All shipments to Denmark are delivered duty paid – prices are inclusive of duties and taxes so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to Denmark at a flat rate of kr.70. Orders over kr.1,300 will receive free shipping.

Switzerland

All shipments to Switzerland are delivered duty paid – prices are inclusive of duties and taxes so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to Switzerland at a flat rate of CHF10. Orders over CHF175 will receive free shipping.

Sweden

Norway

Korea

Mexico

All shipments to Mexico are delivered duty paid – prices are inclusive of duties and there will not be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to Mexico at a flat rate of MXN $180. Orders over MXN $3,700 will receive free shipping.

Israel

All shipments to Israel are delivered duty paid – prices are inclusive of duties and taxes so there will never be any additional cost beyond what is captured at checkout. Orders will ship to Israel at a flat rate of ₪55. Orders over ₪725 will receive free shipping.

Hong Kong

New Zealand

All shipments will have duty and tax calculated and added in checkout. Orders will ship at a flat rate of approximately $15 USD. Orders over approximately $200 USD will receive free shipping.

You may return items within 30 days for a refund. Please visit our international returns portal. If you have any questions please reach out to our customer care team at customerservice@motherdenim.com.

Upon receipt of your return, we will confirm your refund via email.

To ensure your return is processed promptly, we only accept one order per return package. If you have more than 1 order to return, please request separate return shipping labels from our portal and ship each order separately.

Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.

Canada Returns:

You will be refunded for the merchandise, including taxes and duties.

UK Returns:

You will be refunded for the merchandise, including taxes and duties. Flat rate return shipping fees of £15 will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal.

Australia Returns:

You will be refunded for the merchandise, including taxes and duties. Orders over AU$1000 will have additional, non-refundable duties included in purchase price. Flat rate return shipping fees of AU$30 will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal.

Eurozone Returns:

You will be refunded for the merchandise, including taxes and duties. Flat rate return shipping fees of €20 will be deducted from the merchandise subtotal.

Switzerland Returns:

Denmark Returns:

MOTHER will honor a 7 day price adjustment period for items purchased at full price from MotherDenim.com.

We do not offer price adjustments on items marked down for Black Friday or on Cyber Monday. We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased at a discount that are further reduced.

MOTHER does not price match other retailers.

Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and are not valid on previous purchases, international orders or towards the purchase of gift certificates. Please review the below section for more details regarding Promotional Terms.

SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after this time or on the weekends will ship the following business day.

FedEx Ground – 3-8 business day transit time
FedEx 2 Day – 2 business day transit time
FedEx Standard Overnight – 1 business day transit time

For orders over $800 we require signature to ensure your package arrives to you safely.

Domestic orders over $50 receive free 2-day shipping. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico require a $25 flat rate fee.

MotherDenim.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on MotherDenim.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive delivery confirmation of your order, yet you have not received your package, immediately contact customerservice@motherdenim.com for assistance recovering your order.
