SUPPLY CHAIN DISCLOSURE

As a company committed to social responsibility and ethical labor practices, MOTHER recognizes the importance of protecting human rights within its supply chain. In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), we strive to ensure that our products are made under conditions that respect the dignity and well-being of workers, and we choose suppliers who share that commitment.

We are dedicated to conducting appropriate precautions to prevent, detect and remediate any instances of forced labor and human trafficking within our supply chain. MOTHER has a zero-tolerance policy for slavery and human trafficking.

We expect our vendors to obey the local laws that require them to treat workers fairly and provide a safe and healthy work environment. We require all of our vendors to certify in writing that they adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines our expectations regarding labor practices and human rights. Moreover, we require annual third-party compliance audits of our Tier 1 vendors to verify that they are compliant with the local laws and Suppliers Code of Conduct. MOTHER will terminate as necessary any vendor found to be non-compliant.

To further promote our commitment to eradicating human trafficking and slavery within our supply chain, we provide training for employees who have direct responsibility for supply chain management. This training serves to enhance awareness of the issue and ensure that our employees are equipped to identify and address any instances of non-compliance with our ethical standards.

MOTHER remains dedicated to ensuring that our products are made under conditions that respect the dignity and well-being of workers. By working with suppliers who share our values, conducting appropriate precautions and promoting awareness and education on this issue, we strive to maintain the highest standards of ethical business practices in our supply chain.
